Shaw + Scott and Loxley CX are Joining Forces

We’re very excited to announce that Loxley CX is now part of the Shaw + Scott family.

As the marketing landscape continually changes, one thing is clear—how and when and where a marketer connects with a customer must evolve. This is where Loxley and their team of experts come in. By joining forces with Shaw + Scott, we’ll boost our collective cross-channel capabilities (such as mobile, web, social, search, direct mail, and of course, email) and help our clients navigate their unique eco-system in order to curate truly outstanding and targeted customer experiences and ongoing loyalty.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Wacarra Yeomans (founder of Loxley and an industry rock star) and her talented team to the Shaw + Scott family. As the head of Loxley, Wacarra will lead our agency services team where clients will not only find award-winning design, copy and coding support, but strategic CX/UX planning to help strategically bring it all together.  

Finally, we’ll be introducing a new solution called Loxley Education (to be known as LoxleyED.) The demand for specific skill sets are constantly changing and LoxleyED is a resource for clients and partners to help train their internal teams whether to learn new skills or advance existing ones. It’ll be a great way to get junior resources the initial skills they need from project management to coding to campaign production. For more senior resources, we’ll have education and training courses focused on strategy and advanced technical solutions to move their current skill sets beyond the basics and set them on path to true industry excellence.
